Does the free trial need a card?
No. Create your account and get 14 days with everything unlocked. If you do not pick a plan when it ends, the account pauses and you are never charged; your data is kept for 90 days in case you come back.
What counts as an AI message?
Each reply the AI agent sends. Messages your team writes, messages from your customers and automation messages don't count — those are unlimited.
What happens if I run out of AI messages?
The agent stops replying until next month while your team keeps working from the inbox as usual. We notify you at 80% and 100%, and you can add a pack anytime.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrading charges only the difference for the month; downgrading leaves unused time as credit toward your next bill.
How do I cancel?
In the app, under Subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Is the WhatsApp cost included?
Replying to customers within 24 hours of their last message is free on WhatsApp. Templates sent outside that window are billed by Meta directly, at Meta's rates.
